Our Return Policy is simple. Your complete satisfaction is our number one priority, so if you are not completely satisfied with your needlepoint kit purchase, you may exchange or return the item within 30 days of shipment receipt. You will receive a full refund less shipping costs if applicable. That's it - No questions asked!
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You should expect your refund within two weeks from the day we receive the returned item. Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to process your refund. International returns may require additional time to process.
For International Orders, we are happy to honor our 30 Day return policy, with the following conditions:
- Returns MUST be requested within 30 days from the date of your order;
- Shipping costs are NOT refundable;
- A restocking fee of 20% of your order total will apply.
- Items must be returned in saleable condition to be eligible for return;
- Additional shipping costs for exchanges not the result of an error on our part, will be the responsibility of the buyer, not our store.
